Statement of Community Involvement 2011
The council published a revised version of the SCI for consultation together with a further briefing note outlining proposed changes to public consultations/notifications on planning applications.
Comments were invited from 17 September to 20 December, as part of a wider consultation on a range of other Local Plan (formerly known as LDF) documents. The consultation on the SCI was extended from November 30 2010 to allow further opportunity to comment and to digest the new proposals on the consultation/notifications on planning applications.
There is a covering report on the updated SCI and a representation form. A key input to the updated SCI include a review study of the SCI 2006 by planning consultants Entec.
The council published its final revised Statement of Community Involvement in July 2011 taking account of comments and representations made.
