Major developments
Those involving:
- 10-99 residential units
- 1,000-9,999 square metres of floorspace
- a site of more than 0.5 hectares
there will be a fee of £14,238.12 (£11,865.10 + VAT)
Minor developments
Those involving:
- 1-9 residential units
- 0-999 square metres of floorspace
there will be a fee of £5,709.48 (£4,757.90 + VAT)
Payments
You will need your application reference number if responding to correspondence for a fee payment or the site address details to complete your payment.
