If you wish to hold a street event or procession on a highway please download and complete the streets event application form and send it to:

For road closures, you will be connected to the highways department to facilitate and advise on traffic management. All road closures may be subject to administration costs from the highways and festivals and events team, in addition to other possible costs for advertising the road closure.
Please note: The organiser will be expected to source their own traffic management supplier and satisfy council safety criteria.

A PlayStreet is a 2-3 hour, stewarded road closure for children to play out safely in the street once a month. PlayStreets are resident led, which means that Ealing Council will support and guide you through setting up a PlayStreet as much as we can – but ultimately it will be driven by you.
