Ealing Advice Service

Ealing Advice Service, a group of 10 local charities, can give you advice on a wide range of topics, including benefits, housing, debt, education, employment, childcare and family matters. They want to prevent residents from being passed between different organisations so you get advice that is timely, accessible and provided by staff who understand your needs and situation.

Call them on 020 8579 8429 (option 1) or text your question to 07837 186733. Lines are open from 10am to 4pm Monday to Friday (except Bank Holidays).

Benefits

Find out if you qualify for certain benefits and grants, especially if you are on a low income or have been made redundant. You can call our benefits advice line if you need advice on benefit entitlements.

Information on claiming benefits is also available from the Department for Work and Pensions, including advice on housing, furlough, sick pay and self-employment.

Understanding Universal Credit is a website dedicated on helping you to learn more about Universal Credit and what it means to you. It also contains information on advance payments and helping others make a claim.

If you are experiencing financial difficulties

  • Benefits advice
  • Debt and budgeting advice
