You can call or email our heating contractors direct to request heating or hot water repairs and arrange for your annual gas servicing inspection. This service is available between 8am and 5pm, Monday to Friday.

You can also phone the council’s repairlink (020) 8825 5682 and choose option 2 to speak with our gas contractors.
The repairlink number is available 24 hours a day. It automatically transfers to the emergency repairs service outside of normal working hours. Heating emergencies are dealt with between 5pm and 11pm are a make-safe service, primarily for the winter period.
