Ealing Council apprenticeships
Become an apprentice at Ealing Council and make a difference to the lives of your friends, neighbours and family.
Ealing Council’s apprenticeship programme provides an excellent opportunity for residents to develop skills, complete training, gain work experience and be paid.
We have a 93% progression success rate, which is well above national average. With many apprentices going on to full-time roles including management positions within the council and employers elsewhere in both the private and public sectors.
We recruit just 25 people a year, with apprenticeships in departments across the council including: Youth services, insurance, social services, town planning, parking management, funding and grants, human resources, regulatory services, leaders and chief executive’s office, as well as other areas of the council.
Ealing Council’s apprenticeship programme is open to people who live or have studied in Ealing within the last three years and who meet the eligibility criteria.
We will be recruiting for our next round of apprentices at Ealing Council later in the year.
