Opening hours: Mon–Thurs 6pm-9pm, Friday closed, Sat-Sun 10.30am-1.30pm.
Transport: Train South Greenford, bus 95, 297, E7, E2.
Facilities: 400m athletics track (floodlit), pavilion with changing facilities, gym, netball court.
Parking: Limited car parking is available seven days a week (minibus and coach parking can be made available on event days by prior arrangement).
Cycles: Parking racks are located at the entrance to the track.

The track was included in the London 2012 pre-games training camp venue guide programme by LOCOG.
