Mobile library service

The mobile library service has now closed (30 November 2011) as it is not possible to continue due to cuts made to the council's funding.

Users of the mobile library service will be able to use their current library membership card at their nearest local library and any other library in the borough. 

Find your nearest library

Users will need to get their library card updated by a member of staff before books can be issued. You will also be given a PIN number so you can access library services online.

If closing the mobile library service means that you will  experience difficulties accessing library services in the borough then please let us know. You may be eligible to use our home library service, a one to one tailored service that delivers books and other media direct to your door.
