Education - financial assistance
Financial assistance for school aged-children, 16-19s and university students including free school meals, travel to school, and Education Maintenance Allowance.
Support for older people
Services for older people living in the borough including home care, mobile meals and support service.
A variety of activities are on offer for under 16s during the school holidays at local sports and leisure venues.
Discounts of up to 50% for adults and 33% for young people on leisure activities including courses, sessions and activities at sports and leisure centres. Discounts also available at public golf courses in the borough.
