The West London Supporting People Group

The West London Supporting People Group consists of the seven west London boroughs:

The main focus of the sub-regional group is to work is together to improve services to vulnerable people in our local communities. Areas of collaborative work to date include the introductionand implementation of a common Provider accreditation process, publishing of a West London Supporting People Strategy and work on the development of a cross-borough service for single homeless and rough sleepers.

The West London boroughs have agreed a performance management framework with the aim of implementing a consistent approach monitoring of services across the sub region.
