Ealing Central Sports Ground
A large park that is used as sports pitches for football and cricket.  Please contact Active Ealing for pitch bookings.  There is a children’s playground and car park and the site has an open stream on the north and west boarders.  The park also has a library support office and the Perivale Residents Association.

Horsenden Hill

The summit of the hill is the highest point in the borough and on a clear day has stunning views.  The hill is also a Scheduled Ancient Monument.  There is nature conservation interest such as ancient woodland and hedgerows, water bodies, and wildflower meadows.  There are also sports facilities (please contact pitch bookings), the Horsenden Golf Course, a bridal path, the North Greenford Bowls Club, three playgrounds (at Horsenden Farm, Berkeley Fields, and Lower Thrifts), three car parks and an information point.  The site also includes Walk 9 of the Capital Ring Route.  The Grand Union Canal separates the site from Paradise Fields and Perivale Wood.

Paradise Fields

A wetland area with ponds, reed beds, hedgerows and wildflower meadows adjacent to Horsenden Hill.  Managed for nature conservation the site has a main lagoon that is good for bird watching from the viewing platform.  The site features Walk 9 of the Capital Ring Route.

Access: Greenford Road & from Berkeley Fields across the canal bridge.

Perivale Park and Meadows/ Ruislip Road East Conservation Area
Part of Brent River Park this site is devoted to sport with football and cricket pitches, Perivale Park Athletics Track and Gym, Ealing and Southall Athletics Club and Perivale Golf Course. Costons Brook runs through the west side of the park skirting Perivale Meadows before joining the River Brent - walkers can enjoy the river by taking the Ruislip Road riverside walk.

Access: Stockdove Way, Lever Gardens, Cowgate Lane and Costons Lane.

Open access to the park but the car park shared with the golf course is locked.  Please refer to signage in the car park for locking times.
