The case of
Timothy Evans
On 9 March 1950 Timothy Evans was hanged for
murdering his daughter. Three years later it was discovered that
his tenant John Christie, was a serial killer. Had Evans been
wrongfully hanged? This talk by Dr Oates presents the historical
evidence for and against.
