Copley Close
Copley Close is situated in Hanwell.
The council’s 2008 estates review highlighted that Copley Close needs a lot of work to address the improvements needed to bring it up to the government's Decent Homes standard.
It identified the following problems at the estate:
- anti-social behaviour
- poor quality and poorly maintained public areas and open space
- lack of car parking spaces
- damp, subsidence and vibration from trains
- poor quality of housing with severe design and layout problems
Following the results of the review, the council agreed to work with residents to consider the regeneration options for Copley Close.
