Housing regeneration
Ealing Council is leading an exciting investment and regeneration programme to transform many of its homes, estates, town centres and neighbourhoods.
We want to provide residents with the best possible homes and housing services that will match the standards that they have told us they want.
At the same time we are challenging the way we deliver housing services to our tenants and leaseholders to make sure that they match the best in the market.
Our plans are ambitious and seek to transform parts of the borough that need significant investment, care and attention as well as boost the economic, social prosperity and quality of life for our residents.
