Capital strategy
The council's capital strategy 2009-2012 (pdf) was approved by Council on 3 March 2009.
The annual capital strategy is a key corporate document that outlines the council's capital investment objectives, priorities and spending plans. It encourages community consultation, partnership working and wider cross-cutting activity between departments and neighbouring local authorities.
