Ealing Advice Service

The Ealing Advice Service is a consortium of 10 local charities led by Ealing Mencap, working in partnership with Age UK Ealing.

The Ealing Advice Service delivers free advice to residents of the borough using a 'one-stop-shop' approach to prevent clients from being passed between different advice agencies, and to ensure they get advice that is timely, accessible and provided by staff who understand their needs and situation.

It can help with questions you have relating to:

  • Welfare benefits
  • Housing
  • Debt
  • Travel concessions
  • Immigration
  • Consumer advice
  • Employment
  • Education
  • Mental health
  • Community/social care
  • Disability and sensory impairment related issues
  • Family matters
  • Children with additional needs
  • Carers issues
  • Coronavirus testing, tracing and vaccinations

Telephone line opening hours

If you have questions about the topics listed above you can call 020 8579 8429 (option 1).

You can also text your question to 07837 186733.

The EAS telephone line is open from10am to 4pm on weekdays (except Bank Holidays).

We will give advice over the telephone to help you resolve your enquiry. If you still require assistance we may take your details so one of our advice caseworkers can call you back, or we will refer you to a specialist agency.

Referrals

The Ealing Advice Service can take referrals using an online referral form or you can email info@ealingsas.org.uk directly. We recommend that professionals use the online referral form so additional information can be passed on to the service.

Drop-in sessions and home visits

Due to coronavirus restrictions, drop-in sessions and home visits are currently unavailable and the Ealing Advice Service is no longer based at 135 Uxbridge Road in West Ealing. We will resume these services once it is safe to do so.
