The Central library is Ealing's flagship library and provides a bright, modern and welcoming environment to cater for our diverse community of all ages.
There is something for everyone. The modern interior houses a wide range of stock both lending and reference, including books, DVDs, CDs and audio books. You can even try out a CD on our listening post before you decide what to take home. We have 85 public computers available, with access to scanners. We have designated areas for children and young adults.
We have a comprehensive range of newspapers and periodicals, you can sample a cappuccino or herbal tea in the Café whilst reading one. Other features include a large study area, a silent study room, a learning centre for adult education classes, and a new performance space, with capacity for a seated audience of 80 people.
