Main sports hall
Cost: £49 per hour

Small hall and club room
These areas can be used for sports and leisure activities such as martial arts. Alternatively we can supply tables and chairs for meetings, seminars and demonstrations.
Cost: £26.50 for each area, per hour (community use)

Badminton courts
The centre has four badminton courts.
Cost: £10.20 per hour

Outdoor floodlit area
The all-weather, floodlit sports area is available to hire for casual and block bookings throughout the year. This area can be used for football, netball, tennis, mixed activities and games.
Cost:
Whole area £26.30 per hour (£32.60 per hour with floodlights)
Netball court £18.40 per hour (£23.70 per hour with floodlights)
Tennis court £7.40 per hour (£8.40 per hour with floodlights)

Equipment hire
£1 per item per hour (including football, badminton racket, table tennis bat).

A ten-session fitness card can be purchased for £43, a saving of £7. This card is valid for three months from the date of purchase (this offer does not apply to yoga classes).

Class descriptions

30-30 Conditioning: This class has 30 minutes of fun aerobics followed by 30 minutes of toning.

Hi- Fever circuits: Exceed your own physical expectations. This is an intense hour of circuit training to strengthen your mind and body.Dare to push your willpower to the max. This class is suitable for beginners, improvers and the more advanced.

Kundalini Yoga: Kundalini Yoga, the yoga of awareness, consists of simple and effective yogic techniques.  Kundalini yoga was brought to the west by Yogi Bhajan in 1969. It's a safe, comprehensive technology that can be praticed by everyone, no matter his or her age or physical ability.  It includes breath (pranayam), yoga postures (asanas), sound, chanting (mantra), mudra (body locks) and meditation.  At the end of the yoga class meditation with sound of a gong will follow.

Hatha Yoga: These classes are suitable from the total beginner to those who already have experience of Yoga. Hatha is a comprehensive form of Yoga, which includes slow stretching, holding fixed postures, special ways of breathing, relaxation, visualisation and meditation.

Total body conditioning: This class will concentrate on toning exercises for all problem areas such as the legs, bums and stomachs. as well as an aerobic work out. Fitness can be improved through cardiovascular exercises and muscle tone, through muscular strength and endurance exercises.

Tai Chi: Tai Chi is a gentle martial arts discipline that is made up of a series of slow movements. It's ideal for people of all ages and health conditions. Tai Chi can promote gentle strengthening of the muscles, improve blood circulation and posture, while helping to relax the body and mind.

Aerobics: This class involves a mixture of aerobic and toning exercises, which combine to ensure a total body workout.

Active Kids and Active Teens

Fencing
The beginners session introduces children to the enjoyable sport of fencing, while the improvers session is available for children who progress from the beginners session. All equipment is provided and the session will be coached by a fully qualified instructor in a safe and structured environment.

Trampolining
This course is designed for everyone from the total beginner to those who wish to improve their trampolining skills. Lots of fun in a safe environment.

Football
There are three courses available for this very popular sport, held on Monday, Tuesday and Saturday. Coaches will provide expert training as children are split into groups on each of the days, according to age and ability. Medals are awarded at the end of each session and football competitions will be held on a regular basis.

Gymnastics
These courses introduce children to basic gymnastic skills and will help them develop their balance and co-ordination, whilst having lots of fun. Children will also have the opportunity to attain BAGA Awards (British amateur gymnastics association).

Judo
The beginners session introduces children to the sport of Judo. The improvers session teaches more experienced children and those who have progressed from the beginners session. These courses include regular assessment by a qualified instructor.

Mini tennis/tennis
This courses provide an ideal opportunity for children to learn the basic skills of tennis whilst developing their hand/eye co-ordination. They will be split into groups depending on their ability and medals are awarded at the end of each session. Children will play on the outdoor courts depending on their progress, ability and the weather. Competitions are held at the end of each course.

Netball (sports sessions no booking required – just turn up and play)
Each week the participants will practice netball basics, learn new skills and work on team match-play situations. Girls from this session may have the opportunity to represent Ealing in the London youth games.

Course bookings  - places must be booked in advance and run during term time only. Courses may be attended on a ‘per session’ basis if spaces are available (fencing and judo available as a course only). Cost per session: £4.40 (£3.20 JLP)
