The staying active programme of activities is ideal for older adults wanting to keep fit and enjoy socialising with people of a similar age.
Daytime activities include:
- bowls
- table tennis
- fitness classes
- swimming based activities

Pay as you go classes - £2.10 per session (£3.10 for yoga classes).

Monday:
- Supervised gym session 9:30am-10:25am - Gym
- Indoor bowls 10am-11:55am - Community hall
- Swimming lessons 11am-11:55am - Teaching pool
- Keep fit 11:30am–12:25pm - Dance studio
Tuesday:
- Supervised gym session 12:30pm-1:25pm - Gym
- Indoor bowls 2pm-3:55pm - Community hall
- Table Tennis 2pm-3.55pm - Dance studio
Wednesday:
- Swimming lessons 11am-11:55am - Teaching pool
- Keep fit 11:30am-12:25pm - Dance studio
- Aqua aerobics* 1pm-1:55pm - Teaching pool
- Supervised gym session 1pm-2pm - Gym
Thursday:
- Swimming lessons 10am-10:55am - Teaching pool
- Yoga* 10am-11:25am - Dance studio
- Supervised gym session 2pm-2:55pm - Gym
Friday:
- Aqua Aerobics 9:45am-10:25am - Teaching pool
- Zumba 1:30pm-2:25pm - Dance studio
*All sessions can be booked up to seven days in advanced. They must be paid at the time of booking, except for the supervised gym sessions. If you are unable to attend the supervised gym sessions, please ensure you call (020) 8825 7014 to avoid any charges.
If you are interested in joining the supervised gym sessions please leave your name at reception and a member of the gym team will contact you to arrange an induction, when a place becomes available.

Ealing Council's discount card for leisure activities offers discounts of up to 50% for adults and 33% for under 16s.
