Class descriptions

Akeru Fit
Inspired by the African/Caribbean martial art, this class uses a variety of up-to-date dance moves/ rhythms and acrobatic movements to give you a total body workout.

Body Conditioning
This is a great session utilising weights and core stability exercises to tone and shape all the major muscle groups.

Box Fit
This is a practical fitness session that involves boxing techniques, aerobic endurance and body conditioning.

Kettle Bell
This 45 minute class will give fast results for strength, endurance and muscle toning by challenging both the muscular and cardiovascular systems with dynamic, total body movements.

Legs, Bums and Tums (LBT)
Targeting the lower body muscles, this class will help tone and reshape thighs, tighten buttocks and firm abdominal muscles.  

Mega Mix
This session incorporates aerobics, dance, zumba, toning and conditioning all in one!!  A great workout for those who are looking to burn lots of calories and tone up while at the same time having lots of FUN!!! 

Pilates
Pilates represents a unique approach to exercise that develops body awareness, improving and changing the body's postural and alignment habits and increasing flexibility and ease of movement.

Shape Circuit
Shape Circuit training is an absoulte favourite method of fitness in our programme.  Its successfully customised for all levels and goals, including losing weight, conditioning for better athletic performance and injury rehabilitation.  The fast pace and constant changing of workouts provide a variety of stimulus to the body and keeps you from getting bored.

Skip and Tone
Skip your way to fitness in this fantastic new class that combines Cardio Vascular exercises with total body toning for a full body workout.

Spinning
This is a brilliant session to build up your fitness levels. This session utilises cycling techniques to really target and promote fat loss.

Stability Ball
This is a workout that focuses on toning and developing the core region, in particular the abdominal muscles and the lower back utilising various core stability exercises.

Vibe Cycle
An amazing cycle class set to rhythm, led by an upbeat motivating instructor. This class is a fantastic way of burning plenty of calories. 

Water Aerobics
A water based work out combining Cardio Vascular exercise with upper and lower body conditioning.

Yoga
The ancient Indian method of spiritual and physical meditation and relaxation. A perfect way to start or end your day.

Zumba
Fuses hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy-to-follow moves to create a one-of-a-kind fitness program

Armageddon
Armageddon is a variable intensity group fitness training and personal training concept for people of all levels and led by certified fitness professionals. It is based around circuit framework, carefully designed to encourage development in your fitness and aids in both fat loss and muscular improvement.
