Northolt Leisure Centre’s 25-metre pool can be used for many activities including:

• general swimming
• swim school 
• club training
• dedicated lane swimming 
• swimming galas, junior fun sessions and birthday parties with inflatable 
• aquafit 
• early swim club 

The learner pool’s moveable floor makes it suitable for:

• mother and toddler sessions
• aquafit
• swimming lessons and activities for people with disabilities.

We offer a comprehensive swimming programme and lessons are available Monday-Friday 4-7pm and Saturday 9am-1pm.

Swimming sessions for people with disabilities and special needs

A weekly swimming session is led by a qualified teacher to support people with disabilities and additional needs in the teaching pool.

• junior session: up to 16 year olds
  Wednesdays 7pm-8pm
  £2.10 per participant, support workers and carers free of charge
• adult session: age 16 and above
  Mondays 1-2pm
  £2.10 per participant, support workers and carers free of charge

Please note: Sessions will not take place during school holidays.
