Outside normal office hours (weekends, bank holidays and evenings between 5pm and 8am) we only handle emergency repairs.
We treat repairs as emergencies if:
- they are necessary to avoid danger or risk to the health of the occupants
- they could cause serious damage to the property
Heating emergencies are dealt with between 5pm and 11pm and are 'make-safe only', primarily for the winter period.
To report out-of-hours emergency repairs call:

- 020 8825 5682 from a mobile
We will try to attend any emergency call-out within 4 hours, subject to demand.
Repair work will only be done to make the situation safe. Any follow-on works will be carried out during normal working hours.
If you call us and we find the repair is not a genuine emergency, we will charge you the emergency call-out fee.
