The Ealing Council Leaseholders Association (ECLA) is run by a team of leaseholder volunteers. Our aim is to represent all leaseholders across the borough of Ealing.
The committee
We are a small team with big ambition, but our success depends on the ongoing commitment and effort from a small section of leaseholders.
We welcome all who can bring enthusiasm and energy to the role. We would love to hear from new or former committee members who would like to be part of the ECLA committee going forward.
The committee meet on a monthly basis (online and in person). An Ealing Council officer is invited to meetings as necessary to ensure leaseholder issues are reported and discussed.

Forum 2023
On Wednesday 27 September 2023 we held our first in person leaseholder forum since 2020.
AGM 2023
On Wednesday 15 November 2023 we held our annual general meeting where candidates put themselves forward for committee membership.
Following the AGM, on Wednesday 22 November, we held the first meeting of the new committee where officers were elected.
