How to book
You can request a bulky items collection online
Collections will be carried out within five working days of your payment being received by the council, or you may choose an appointment time on a first come first served basis. You will be given the choice of a morning or afternoon collection (Monday to Friday).
Alternatively, please call Ealing Council Customer Services on (020) 8825 6000 between 9am-5pm Monday to Friday.
