- A birth, death and marriage certificate is usually archived two months after registration
- Extract birth certificate only contains the babies' name, date of birth, gender and place of birth
- Full civil partnership certificate can only be applied for if you can supply the full address of couple at the time of the ceremony, otherwise you will get an extract
- Fast track fee is in addition to the standard certificate fee and is applied to every copy. The fast track service is a same day service and certificates are usually ready in one hour

Ceremonies are available at Ealing register office in The Norwood Suite Wednesday to Friday between 10am-3pm, Saturday 10.30am-3.45pm and Sunday 10.30am-3.30pm.

There is a £35 fee for giving of each notice. This procedure must be completed before you can proceed with the ceremony.
A deposit of £124 is payable at the time of booking the ceremony.
Ceremonies in a registered building with no approved person are charged at £84 at all times.

There is also a £70 fee for the pack you will need to organise the ceremony. Copies of the certificates are available are £4 each.
A deposit of £104 is payable at the time of booking the ceremony.
Citizenship ceremonies
Group citizenship ceremonies are free of charge and are performed on a Tuesday.
Private Citizenship Ceremonies are charged at £100 and available any weekday. If you wish to have your ceremony on a weekend the charge will be £125.
A deposit is payable at the time of booking for a private citizenship appointment. If you attend the appointment, the deposit will be used towards payment for the service.
Nationality Checking Service
The fees for Monday to Friday appointments are:
- £50 for each adult application
- £30 for each child
The following fees apply for Saturday appointments:
- £60 for each adult application
- £40 for each child
Appointments are available Monday to Friday between 9am and 3pm, and Saturdays between 10am and 3pm.
A deposit is payable at the time of booking for a Nationality Checking Service appointment. If you attend the appointment, the deposit will be used towards payment for the service.
Settlement Checking Service
The fees for Monday to Friday appointments are:
- £90 for each adult application
- £30 for each child
The following fees apply for Saturday appointments:
- £120 for each adult application
- £30 for each child
A deposit is payable at the time of booking for a Nationality Checking Service appointment. If you attend the appointment, the deposit will be used towards payment for the service.
