Catering and other suppliers for our venues
We have an accredited list of caterers that we ask you to choose from. They are familiar with all of our venues and will be happy to help in planning your event. Please contact them directly to discuss your requirements.
Bar provision/supply of alcohol
If you are planning to provide alcohol at your event free of charge to your guests, you are welcome to make your own arrangements either through your caterer or other supplier. In this instance, please notify the Event Manager of those arrangements.
If you wish to charge guests for alcohol at your event, you are required to use our bar supplier. They will ensure that all conditions of our premises licence are adhered to and will provide a Personal Licence Holder to oversee the service.
Alternatively, it may be possible for your caterer to oversee the sale of alcohol if they can provide a Personal Licence Holder for the duration of your event. Please discuss with your Event Manager.
Ealing Town Hall
If you require use of any of the stage lighting at the venues or wish to use the in-built PA system in the Victoria Hall, you are required to book our in-house technician. Please ask your Event Manager for contact details.
If you wish to bring in your own audio visual/ sound suppliers, you are welcome to do so. Please provide your Event Manager with full details. All electrical equipment being brought to site must display a valid PAT (Portable Appliance Test) certificate or stamp.
The Assembly Hall has an extensive stage lighting and performance sound system. If you wish to use this system for your event, you can either use our recommended technicians or bring in your own. If you are bringing in your own, you will have to book a check in/check out with our technicians who will also instruct your technician on use of the facilities. If you book our technician the check in/check out fee will be incorporated into your charges. Depending on the length of your bookings, this may offer a saving due to the minimum hour call out charges usually charged by technicians.
