Hospitality packages for social celebrations
Prices for Ealing Town Hall are applicable for events held from 1 April 2012 until 31 March 2014.
Prices for Greenford Hall are applicable for events held from 1 January 2013 until 31 December 2013.

10 hours room hire of the Victoria Hall including standard lighting scheme and 2 hours room hire of the Princes Hall as a reception venue The hire period of the Princes Hall must finish prior to 8pm or at least one hour before the event in the Victoria Hall (whichever is earlier) |

All packages are based on the event finishing by 11pm with the venue clean and all suppliers off-site by 12am. Available on Saturday, Sundays and Bank Holidays only.
Victoria Hall hire includes optional use of small additional room, kitchen and dressing rooms.
Greenford Hall hire includes optional use of the kitchen and ante-room.
All other rooms’ hire includes optional use of the kitchen.
Please note: Prices are exclusive of and not subject to VAT.
Prices are for room hire only and exclusive of catering and registrars’ fees. Additional rooms offered in the packages must be booked at the time of confirmation or they may not be available.
Package time booked must include set-up and breakdown requirement.
Ealing Council reserves the right to amend the prices at any time without notice.
Additional time can be booked as per the price list.
Please ensure that, when booking civil ceremonies, you have checked availability with the hospitality and events team.
