Prices for Ealing Town Hall are applicable for events held from 1 April 2012 to 31 March 2014.

Prices for Greenford Hall are applicable for events held from 1 January 2013 to 31 December 2013.

Prices are exclusive of, and not subject to, VAT. Hourly rates quoted are per individual room within each price bracket.

Minimum hire rates apply:

• Victoria Hall, Princes Hall and Greenford Hall (Assembly Hall and Cyril Grant Room) minimum six hours hire period on Friday evenings and minimum eight hours hire period on Saturdays, Sundays and bank holidays.

• All other rooms in Ealing Town Hall are subject to a minimum hire period of two hours Monday-Friday and six hours on Saturdays, Sundays and bank holidays.
  

• All other rooms in Greenford Hall are subject to a minimum hire period of two hours Monday–Thursday (9am–12am), Fridays (9am–5pm) and four hours on Friday evenings, Saturdays, Sundays and bank holidays.

Ealing Council operates a community rate policy Monday-Thursday all day and Friday until 5pm. If you believe that you may qualify for this rate or are a registered charity, please ask for details.

Prices are for room hire only and are exclusive of catering and registrars' fees.

All events must be booked to include sufficient time for set-up and breakdown.
