Copley Close

Introduction

Ealing Council and its subsidiary housing company, Broadway Living, are carrying out a major transformation of Copley Close.

Some existing homes will be demolished and be replaced with high quality new homes.  Other homes on Copley will undergo significant refurbishment to very high standards.  New purpose-built accommodation will also deliver improved retail and community facilities.

The regeneration includes landscaping works that will greatly improve the appearance of open spaces, ease the movement of pedestrians and traffic, and help integrate the area with the surrounding neighbourhood.

The new Copley will have homes for council rent, private sale, discounted market rent and shared ownership. Regardless of tenure, all of the homes will be well-proportioned and be designed to the same high specification.

Phase two of the redevelopment is Alton Court at Copley North. The new-build homes here will launch in the summer of 2017 and have their own dedicated sales and marketing website.

Because Copley is being regenerated directly by Ealing Council and its wholly owned subsidiary company, Broadway Living, the site will not pass to a housing association upon completion.  Instead it will remain entirely in public ownership.

Across Copley, Broadway Living will provide high quality management services for all residents; services that are setting new standards and easily matching those provided by privately owned companies.
