Planning obligations
Planning obligations - Section 106 agreements
Regeneration is one of the councils top priorities. The 26 February Cabinet report (see below) shows the programme that has been developed to invest in the town centres of Ealing, and includes the allocation of all new s106 funds. Town centres are very important to the borough and require significant investment to facilitate future developments within the area. Other activities in the programme include tackling worklessness and skills issues and supporting Ealings businesses.
The draft Supplementary Planning Document 9 - Legal Agreements, Planning Obligations and Planning Gain (SPD9) sets guidance on negotiating planning obligations and works to make sure the process is transparent, consistent and open across the borough.
