Planning enforcement

The purpose of our service is to investigate properties that appear to fall foul of planning regulations. Every year we receive approximately 1000 complaints of possible planning breaches.

(Please note that we do not investigate non-planning matters, including encroachment, party wall issues, trespass or damage to your property, unsafe building work practices at construction sites.)
