Applications and charges

Telephone calls and visits to the duty officer for small projects will remain free of charge. However, charges will be payable in situations where advice given on a proposed application exceeds one hour in duration. Any amount paid in these situations will be offset against the application charge when an application is formally submitted.  The chargeable rate is £67.60 per hour per building control surveyor.
