Checklist for on-time applications
You need to remember to do the following, in order to be sure that your application is completed correctly

if you reside in Ealing apply through Ealing

if you reside in another local authority you should complete your local authoritys common application form

attend any meeting held by your childs primary school explaining how to apply

attend open evenings for your preferred schools

read Ealings prospectus , and the schools oversubscription criteria

speak to staff in schools admission service or your preferred school to clarify issues you are not sure about, dont forget our drop in sessions

speak to teachers and present pupils of your preferred school before making application to ensure that the school is right for your child
Completing an application
- apply online record your unique application reference number (ARN), and print a copy of your application OR complete a paper application
- choose six schools where your child has a realistic chance of being offered a place
- If you have applied for the Cardinal Wiseman Catholic School or Twyford CE High School, complete and return their supplementary information form by the deadline date
- enclose proof of address with your application form including online applications
- if you are claiming exceptional medical/social circumstances attach supporting documentation to your application form
Paper application only
- remember to sign and date the form
- return your form to your childs current primary school if in an Ealing maintained school, otherwise send direct to school admissions service by the deadline date.
