Your child should start high school (year 7) in September
2012, if he/she was born between 1 September 2000 and 31 August 2001.
The application process for September 2012 entry to high
schools closed on 21 October 2011 for paper applications and 31 October 2011
for online applications.
If your child requires a high school place for September
2012 and you have not completed an application, please contact the high schools
admissions team via the details on the right hand side of this page.
Outcome
If you applied before the closing date you have received the outcome by
now (offer date was 1 March 2012).
All applicants must respond to their allocation by the date
stated in the offer letter.
If we are unable to offer you a place at any of your
preferred schools we will offer you a place at a school with a vacancy as far
as practically possible. You can also ask to be put on the waiting list.
If you decide to appeal, please visit the appeals page for an
appeal form. This form must be completed by the parent or guardian and received
in the appeals committee section by 13 April 2012.
