Caretaking services

The estate services team works hard to improve and maintain our housing estates – our team includes caretakers, cleaners, jet washers and bulk removal specialists.

The majority of the team has received British Institute of Cleaning Science (BICS) training, and team managers (the senior caretakers) have all got BICS Stage 2, some of them are even qualified assessors. This means the team has the technical skills needed for such a demanding role.
