Consumer Direct
Advice and support for consumers in the borough is now
provided by Consumer Direct London. Consumer Direct is a
telephone and online consumer advice service, which is supported by
local authorities in London and by the Department of Trade and
Industry.
Consumer Direct provides practical advice to help consumers sort out a wide range of problems with suppliers of goods and services, from overcharging to faulty goods, and bad workmanship to reporting dishonest traders and scams.
