The service for 2013/14 started on 1 April 2013 and will run to 31 March 2014 (renewable annually), at a cost of £40. Residents who subscribe to the scheme after 1 October 2013 will be charged a reduced subscription fee of £30 (25% discount).

A reduced subscription fee of £30 (25% discount) is available to residents over 65 and those in receipt of means tested benefits. This includes housing or council tax benefit, Job Seekers Allowance, Income Support and Pension Credit.
