All works carried out and materials used are guaranteed. Ealing Council holds these guarantees and has negotiated guarantees on the different types of works. The length of each guarantee varies. For example, new roofs are typically guaranteed for 20 years. Works required to correct faulty parts during the guarantee period will not be recharged to leaseholders.
