How do I check venue availability?

When is the deposit due?

Your deposit is payable when you confirm and is normally 50% of the total venue hire fee. If your event is less than six weeks away at the time of confirmation, 100% of the venue hire fee will be payable upon confirmation
When can I visit the venue to view the room I am interested in?
Can I book additional time on the day of my event?
Can I organise my own catering?
Can I organise a bar for my event?
