Request the removal of an abandoned vehicle on private property
Landowners with abandoned vehicles on their property should write to the council and include:

enclose two cheques both payable to the London Borough of Ealing in the following amounts:
Removal cost: £100
Administration cost: £36.10
Postal address: London Borough of Ealing, Multi Media Team, 1st Floor, 14-16 Uxbridge Road, Ealing, W5 2HL.
Officers will then visit the location, sticker the vehicle and then follow the procedure as per the removal of an abandoned vehicle. If during the removal of the abandoned vehicle procedure, the council is unable to remove the vehicle, the applicant will be informed and a £100 refund will be issued. The charge of £36.10 is an administration fee and will not be refunded. The process can take up to five working days from the time the council receives payment.
