Support service for older people

Ealing Council in partnership EPIC (a support provider) are helping older residents in the borough with practical advice, support and assistance. Our aim is to:

ensure older people can maintain their homes and report repairs
provide information on housing or specialist housing options
provide advice on remaining independent e.g. by use of technology to ensure safety and security
advise on choice and flexibility of support services within the community
promote healthy living
ensure access to opportunities locally, i.e. learning and leisure
advise on increasing your income and claiming benefits

If you are aged 65 and over and a resident of Ealing, you may be able to benefit from this service. To make a referral contact the social services customer contact centre on (020) 8825 8000.

This service is not available to people living in sheltered housing accommodation.
