Arthritis
A voluntary organisation working with and for all people with arthritis. It aims to promote their health, well-being and independence through services, support, self-help, information and influence.

The British Polio Fellowship
The British Polio Fellowship is the largest charity supporting people with polio or Post Polio Syndrome in the UK.

Disabled Living Foundation
The Disabled Living Foundation provides information on disability equipment, household gadgets, new technologies and training techniques.

Disability Sport England
Creates opportunities for participation in sport for people with all disabilities.

Disabled Workers Co-operative 
A registered charity that helps people with disabilities to help themselves, including a database of skills, services and products offered by people with disabilities.

Ealing Centre For Independent Living (ECIL)    
A disability organisation run for and by people with disabilities. It represents and supports people with disabilities of all ages, who live and work in the borough of Ealing and surrounding boroughs.

Epilepsy action (British Epilepsy Association)
The Epilepsy Action helpline provides advice and information on all aspects of living with epilepsy.

Headway 
Promotes understanding of all aspects of brain injury, and provides information, support and services to people with a brain injury, their family and carers.

KIDS
KIDS is a national charity dedicated to helping children and young people with disabilities and special needs develop their skills and abilities and to realise their potential.

Mencap (now Royal Mencap Society)
Mencap provides a variety of services for people with a learning disability and their families and carers. This includes support with housing, education, employment and leisure activities.

Motability
Motability is a national UK charity, which helps disabled people and their families to become mobile.

Multiple Sclerosis Society
The Society funds MS research, runs respite care centres, provides grants, education and training on MS. It produces numerous publications on MS and runs a freephone specialist helpline.

Stroke Association
The Stroke Association provides support for people who have had strokes, their families and carers.

Spinal Injuries Association
Support for people affected by spinal cord injury, including the family and friends of the disabled person.

This is a national disability charity that provides breaks at subsidized rates for disabled adults, children and their carers.

RNID
RNID is the largest charity representing the 9 million deaf and hard of hearing people in the UK.  

RAD (Royal Association for Deaf People)

The RAD offers services to deaf people including information and advice, interpreting and communication support, training and has 10 centres for deaf people throughout London, Essex and the south east.

British Deaf Association (BDA)
The BDA is the UK's largest national organisation run by deaf people, for deaf people. This site provides the latest information about the British Deaf Association, British Sign Language and the deaf community.

British Deaf Sports Council (BDSC)
The BDSC's main objective is to ensure that sports and leisure opportunities are available for deaf people in parity with their hearing contemporaries.

Hearing Dogs for Deaf People
This is a registered charity that trains carefully selected dogs to alert severely, profoundly or totally deaf people to everyday sounds which hearing people may take for granted.

The National Deaf Children's Society (NDCS)
This is an organisation of parents, families and carers which supports parents in enabling their child to maximise their skills and abilities.

Action for Blind People is a national charity that provides practical support to blind and partially sighted people through work, housing, leisure and support.

Royal National Institute for the Blind (RNIB)
The UK's leading charity offering information, support and advice to over two million people with sight problems.

Deafblind UK
Deafblind UK is a national charity, which provides a range of support services to deaf blind adults and their carers. It also campaigns on behalf of deaf blind people.

National Blind Children's Society
The society’s objective is to enable blind and partially sighted children and young people to achieve their educational and recreational goals.

West London Mental Health Trust
The West London Mental Health Trust provides a full range of local mental health services for children, adults and older people in the boroughs of Ealing, Hammersmith and Fulham, and Hounslow.
