Ealing Safeguarding Children Board Training
The overall aim of the inter-agency training programme is to facilitate learning together about each other through shared experiences by promoting commitments and shared value, through the development of a shared language, shared experiences, building trust, and identification with a network.
The overall objective is to promote better ‘working together’ practice, through better awareness of the safeguarding children agenda, greater awareness of individual responsibility in safeguarding children and better sharing of information.
