SAFE Service

SAFE (Supportive Action for Families in Ealing) provides holistic and integrated support for children, young people and their families.

Focusing on prevention and early intervention, the teams respond quickly to those showing early signs of vulnerability, thereby reducing the likelihood of them needing additional services in the future.

To deliver their work, the service uses Every Child Matters mandated processes, including the Common Assessment Framework (CAF) and Information Sharing . 

The service consists of five teams – four quadrant-based teams for children under 12 and a central based team for young people aged 12 -19.
