Emergency alarm network (Careline)

Ealing Careline (formerly known as SCAN) is an alarm network for older people and younger people with a chronic sickness or disability (including learning disabilities), and their carers living in the borough.

This will set off an alarm in our control centre (in Hanwell), which is open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

Our control centre staff will be able to talk to you wherever you are in your home. You do not have to lift your telephone handset or touch the phone at all. If you cannot speak we will be able to identify you and provide help.
