Assistance with personal care
Assistance with personal care is provided i.e. help
with eating and toileting, although this is a limited service and
dependent upon staffing ratios. Help can be offered to users who
are incontinent (i.e. help with pads and emptying catheters), but
we do not have the resources to deal with intractable incontinence
or with the treatment of incontinence.
