
Perivale
Perivale is a residential suburb of West London with an Industrial estate comprising of numerous buildings built in the 1930s and the spectacular Art Deco Hoover Building (now Tescos) a prominent landmark on the Western Avenue. The Grand Union Canal flows through Perivale with parks and open spaces alongside to be enjoyed by nature enthusiasts and walkers.
Church of St. Mary the Virgin is one of the smallest and oldest churches in Middlesex dating from the 12th Century.

Horsenden Hill
The summit of the hill is the highest point in the borough
and on a clear day has stunning views. There is nature
conservation interest such as ancient woodland and hedgerows, water
bodies, and wildflower meadows.
Willowtree Narrow Boat Trips
Departing from and returning to Horsenden Hill Visitor
Centre, Greenford. A choice of scenic round-trips on the
prettiest stretch of the Paddington Arm.
Perivale Park and Meadows/ Ruislip Road East
Conservation Area
Part of Brent River Park this site is devoted to sport with
football and cricket pitches, Perivale Park Athletics Track and
Gym, Ealing and Southall Athletics Club and Perivale Golf Course.
Walkers can enjoy the river by taking the Ruislip Road riverside
walk.
Perivale Library
The library keeps a collection of information covering local
areas of interest such as the Selbourne Society Nature Reserve and
holds the keys to admit members.
Perivale Park Golf Club
A nine hole course situated amongst the meadows of Brent
River Park.
Perivale Athletics Track
Facilities include 400 metre athletics track (floodlit),
pavilion with changing facilities, gym, netball court.
History of Perivale
The art deco Hoover factory building has been preserved and
is now the home of Tesco supermarket.
