The centre is also the home of NOVA trampoline club.

In June 2007 Reynolds Sports Centre re-opened, having undergone an extensive re-construction as part of the the education department's Private Finance Initiative (PFI) building programme on the Acton High School site. The new centre has a much larger gym along with sports hall and dance studio.

Class descriptions

Boxfit
This new classes consists of boxing techniques set to music and a boxing circuit. Boxfit is an aerobic workout that will improve overall fitness as well as muscle tone.

Circuit training
These drop-in circuit training classes are very popular and are suitable for men and women who are serious about getting fit or staying fit. So if you want to have fun while working out come along and give this class a try. 

Gymnastics - junior course
Pre-bookings only for 10 week course. This is a popular course so please enquire about spaces available.

Pilates
Pilates helps to re-examine the way in which we use out bodies. It offers both mental and physical training. It strengthens the postural muscles, which stabilise the torso. The core of the method is awareness of your body and every exercise is built around its eight principles - relaxation, concentration, alignment, centering, breathing, stamina, flowing movements and co-ordination.

Note- new participants must arrive at 6.15pm for a 15 minute induction.

All classes are suitable for men and women.

Gymnasium
The brand new gymnasium is now available on a pay-as-you-play basis. Induction/membership £15 but for a limited time membership is free.
Adults: £4 per session (£2 leisure pass holders)
Juniors: £2 per session
People who are going to train regularly can buy a discount ticket for £32, which gives them 10 sessions for the price of eight.

Multi-use outdoor games area
The outdoor games area will be available for hire from January 2008.  It can be hired with or without floodlights and can be use for five-a-side football, netball and tennis.
