Opening hours: Mon–Thurs 6pm-9pm, Friday closed, Sat-Sun 10.30am-1.30pm.

Facilities: 400m athletics track (floodlit), pavilion with changing facilities, gym, netball court.
Parking: Limited car parking is available seven days a week (minibus and coach parking can be made available on event days by prior arrangement).
Cycles: Parking racks are located at the entrance to the track.

Track hire
The track is available for hire throughout the year. The track holds the UKA Track Certificate, which means that the highest standards of athletics events can be held here. For further information contact Jamie Bath on (020) 8825 8871 or 8575 5776, or email PerivaleAT@ealing.gov.uk.

Gym
The gym has a range of equipment including a treadmill, resistance equipment and free weights. It is fully accessible to people with disabilities and includes a weightlifting platform to allow the use of free weights under appropriate supervision. New users of the gym must complete an induction before using the gym equipment. Inductions need to be booked during opening hours by contacting the athletics track and gym.

You can pay per session or buy a track and gym pass, which allows full use of the facilities for a year.

Netball court
A floodlit netball court is available for hire on certain days of the week.

Children and young people
Through the Perivale Panthers development programme, young athletes aged eight years and above will be introduced to athletics and taken through a combination of coached activities that can lead on to participation at competition events.

Junior Panthers 
Ideal for children who want to get their first taste of athletics. The emphasis is on fun and enjoyment, learning about how the body works and the skills associated with all the different athletics events.

Senior Panthers session
To further skills learnt at junior level, senior sessions give young athletes the chance to develop skills

Norwich Union Star: track athletics fun weeks
UK Athletics has teamed up with Norwich Union to organise the Star:track athletics fun weeks, where young people can learn and develop their skills within a structured and exciting athletics coaching programme. Learning and coaching will take place from Monday to Thursday with a Grand Prix competition event on the Friday. All participants will receive a goodie bag and certificate, and team medals are awarded at the Grand Prix.

Adult fitness 
Weekly supervised sessions offer a mix of gym and track based activities, plus a daytime session which is ideal for older adults.

Women's running club 
A popular session that gives women of all abilities the chance to exercise along with others in a safe and
friendly environment.  New people are always welcome.

Women's circuit training
This session involves participants using the gym as well as outdoor areas to carry out a variety of
exercises and movements. A great workout for your body (limited spaces).

Staying active – fitness for older adults
Ideal for older adults, this popular session offers a mix of gentle stretching, walking/jogging and low impact exercise with others of a similar age, in a relaxed and social environment.  Beginners are
always welcome.

Pilates
This session offers both mental and physical training. Pilates focuses on awareness of breath and alignment of the spine, and aims to strengthen the deep torso muscles.

The clubs work together and with the council’s Active Ealing team to offer a comprehensive athletics programme of training and competition for women, men, juniors and disabled athletes. Club activities take place year round
under the supervision of qualified experienced coaches.

The club trains and hosts a range of athletics meets during the summer months and cross country during the
winter months. The club has qualified coaches, however new coaches are always welcome.

The WLHS supports athletes from all over the country.  In 2006 it achieved two outstanding awards from UK
Athletics for Club of the Year - Innovation Award and Emerging Coach of the Year 2006. Many young, talented
athletes train and compete at this club from grass root level to international standard with coaching available in all throwing events, not just hammer.
