Main sports hall
This hall has four badminton courts, but the area can
also be used for indoor five-a-side football.
Cost:
£39.20 per hour
Outdoor Multi-Use Games Areas (MUGA)
There are four MUGA facilities available for hire
throughout the year. These areas can be hired with or without
floodlights, and can be used for five-a-side football, basketball,
netball and tennis.
Cost:
Football £24, tennis £8 - per court, per hour
Basketball and netball - £20 per court, per
hour
Badminton courts
The four badminton courts can be hired individually.
Cost: £9.10 per hour, per court
Centre membership
This membership entitles you to book five-a-side or
badminton courts over the telephone up to six days in advance and
includes free racquet hire.
Cost: £11 (£8 with a
Leisure pass)

Inductions should be booked in advance by telephone or in person.

Class descriptions
3 in 1: Will help to tone and reshape certain areas of the
body. High/medium impact session with funky music to get your body
pumping, and those muscles moving.
Legs, bums and tums: Targeting the lower body muscles. This class will help tone and reshape thighs, tighten buttocks and firm abdominal muscles.
Workout Monday: This drop-in session is ideal for all gym members - whether you’re a new member and need to refresh your memory after having an induction, an existing member who wants to make changes to their workout or if you simply need some exercise and nutrition advice.
All fitness classes run on a drop-in basis.

Trampolining
Run by Zero Gravity Trampoline Club.
This club offers a high standard of quality coaching for all
ages and abilities from beginner to advanced.
Taekwon-Do
Open to everyone aged 14 or over, this class will
help you to get fit and gain confidence and teach you useful self
defence techniques as well as increase your strength, endurance and
flexibility.
Badminton
If you play badminton but can’t find anyone to play
with on a regular basis, then visit the centre where there are two
resident clubs. Players must be of an intermediate standard
and be prepared to play doubles with all players. An
excellent opportunity to get fit and meet new people.
Choi Kwang-Do
Combines health, self defence and personal success
using techniques that are designed to work in harmony with the
body. Using techniques that will enable you to defend yourself,
even if you are a smaller person and will benefit the body. An
important focus of Choi Kwang–Do is personal and social development
through discipline, self confidence and respect.
Karate
Will help improve general fitness levels and
flexibility. Beginners welcome.

Activity descriptions
Netball (girls only) development centre courses
This coaching centre forms part of Active Ealing's
netball development programme. A structured programme of outdoor
sessions that aim to develop young netball talent in the borough.
Participants will practice their netball skills and work on
match-play situations and will be able to play for one of our
U12/U14 or U16 junior netball teams who participate in the West
London junior netball league. Girls from this session may also have
the opportunity to represent Ealing in the London youth games.
Football
These sessions offer children of all abilities the
opportunity to learn and improve their football skills during this
session. The session starts with fun warm up games followed by
football skills and drills, each session finishes with a football
match.
Basketball
In these sessions you will learn the basic skills of
dribbling, how to shoot and defend, and the rules of the game.

system while you workout. To become a member of the gym you must
first complete a gym induction. Induction cost: £6 one-off fee. The
sessions are supervised by qualified instructors, who will offer
guidance and advice on training programmes to suit your needs. Get
a group of friends together and enjoy the fun of leading an active,
healthy lifestyle.
